Privacy Policy
EasyEvolve has no accounts and collects only what it needs to run and bill your jobs. PIE Research is responsible for this data.
What we collect
- Device token. We store only a hash of the token the SDK keeps on your machine.
- Job content. The evaluators, tasks, and code you submit, the candidates generated, their scores, and costs.
- Payment details. Stripe collects your card and any email or billing details you enter in Checkout. We keep only Stripe’s customer and payment method IDs and our charge records, never the full card number.
- Technical data. IP addresses and request logs kept by our hosting providers, and privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics on this website.
How we use it
To run your jobs, return results, bill usage, prevent abuse, and keep the service working. We do not sell your data or use your job content to train models.
Who processes it
We share data only with the providers that operate the service: Stripe (payments), OpenRouter and the language model providers it routes to (prompts containing your evaluator and code), E2B (sandboxes that run candidates), Railway (API, database, and storage), Cloudflare (network), and Vercel (this website). They may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
Retention
Job content and results are kept while the service operates so you can retrieve them, unless you ask us to delete them. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to disclose, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it. Include a job ID so we can find it, since we hold no name or account for you. Do not submit secrets or personal data in jobs.
